The Sandwich/Salad Unit features ten 1/6 size poly pans with a 4-inch depth, complemented by a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 11-3/4 inch diameter cutting board, two full-size doors, and four adjustable wire shelves coated in PVC. The unit is constructed with a stainless steel top, front, and sides, while the back is made of GalFan coated steel. Inside, you'll find an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. Additionally, it is equipped with 5-inch castors for mobility and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, powered by a 1/3 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 5.8 amps. The unit holds cULus and UL EPH certifications and is proudly made in the USA.
