This Sandwich/Salad Unit features twelve 1/6 size (4 in D) poly pans and comes with a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 11-3/4 in D cutting board and four drawers designed to accommodate one 6 in D pan (not included). The unit is constructed with a stainless steel top, front, and sides, while the back and interior are made of aluminum, complete with a stainless steel floor. It is equipped with 5-inch castors for mobility and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit operates at 1/3 HP, 115v/60/1-ph, with a 5.8 amps draw and features a NEMA 5-15P plug. It meets cULus and UL EPH classification standards and is proudly manufactured in the USA.
