The Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features (15) 1/6 size poly pans, each with a depth of 4 inches, complemented by a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 8-7/8 inch diameter cutting board, two full doors, and four adjustable wire shelves coated with PVC. The unit is designed with a stainless steel top, front, and sides, while the back is crafted from GalFan coated steel. The interior is aluminum, with a stainless steel floor for durability. It is equipped with 5-inch castors for easy mobility and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/3 HP compressor. The electrical specifications include 115v/60/1-phase, 5.8 amps, and a NEMA 5-15P plug. This product is cULus and UL EPH Classified and proudly made in the USA.
