The Turbofan ® Convection Oven is an electric, full-size appliance designed to work seamlessly with the P8M proofer/holding cabinet. It features a two-speed fan and an electronic thermostat control, ensuring precise temperature management. The oven offers 3-inch spacing in the proofer and 3-1/3 inch spacing in the oven for optimal airflow and cooking. It is equipped with a 1-hour cook cycle timer and a 3-hour hold timer, along with a water injection system for enhanced cooking versatility. With a capacity for five full-size sheet pans, this oven boasts a durable stainless steel exterior featuring a glass door, and a porcelain interior that promotes easy cleaning. A stacking kit is included, as well as 3-inch castors, with two front wheels that lock for stability. The unit meets ETL and NSF standards for safety and quality.
