The Turbofan ® Convection Oven is an electric model designed for a full-size sheet pan capacity of five. It features a tray spacing of 3-1/3 inches and is operated via a touch screen control. The temperature can be set anywhere between 140 and 500 °F, accommodating up to five cooking stages. This oven includes a two-speed fan, a porcelain enameled oven chamber, and dual halogen oven lamps for optimal cooking performance. Additional features include a USB port, adjustable anti-skid stainless steel feet, and a durable exterior. It complies with cETLus and NSF standards.
