The Italforni America Stone Conveyor Oven features a 31 ¼â€ wide stone belt and operates on gas. It can be stacked two units high, effectively doubling production capacity within the same footprint. Each unit is equipped with independent digital temperature controls for both the top and bottom, as well as digitally controlled conveyor speed to accommodate cooking times of up to twenty minutes. Its heavy-duty stainless steel exterior is complemented by a high heat resistant aluminized steel interior, ensuring durability and performance. The oven is fully insulated, promoting a cooler exterior surface while maintaining a consistent interior temperature. A removable crumb tray located at each end facilitates easy collection of debris.
