The C5 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height unit designed for convenience and efficiency. Featuring a clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module, it allows for easy access and operation. The thermostat can be set up to 190 °F, while the universal wire slides positioned on 3-inch centers offer adjustable options in 1.5-inch increments. This cabinet supports a capacity for (8) 18 in x 26 in pans or (16) 12 in x 20 in x 2.5 in pans. Equipped with 5-inch casters, of which two have brakes for stability, the unit is constructed from aluminum and operates on 120V/60/1 phase with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, compliant with NEMA 5-20P, cULus, and NSF standards.
