The Quick Ship - C5 1 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet offers mobile, full-height storage with a clear polycarbonate door for visibility. It features a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach up to 190 °F. The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides positioned on 3-inch centers, adjustable in 1-1/2-inch increments. It has a capacity for either (18) 18 in x 26 in or (34) 12 in x 20 in x 2-1/2 in pans. Mobility is facilitated by 5-inch casters, with two casters equipped with brakes. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120V/60/1-ph power, providing 2.0 kW and 16 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and sanitation.
