The C5 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet features a lower wattage design and is equipped with Red Insulation Armour for optimal efficiency. This full-height, mobile cabinet comes with a clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module. It boasts a thermostat that can reach temperatures of up to 200 °F. The universal wire slides are positioned on 3-inch centers and can be adjusted in 1.5-inch increments, accommodating either (18) 18 x 26 inch or (34) 12 x 20 inch x 2.5 inch pan capacities. It is supported by 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes. Constructed from aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power consumption of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards.
