The Quick Ship C5 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet features a striking Red Insulation Armour design. This mobile, full-height cabinet is equipped with insulated Dutch clear polycarbonate doors and a removable bottom mount control module. It allows for temperature settings up to 200 °F and includes universal wire slides on 3-inch centers, which are adjustable in 1-1/2 inch increments. It offers a pan capacity for (18) 18 in x 26 in pans or (34) 12 in x 20 in x 2-1/2 in pans. The cabinet is fitted with 5-inch casters, two of which are equipped with brakes. Built from aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1-ph with a power capacity of 2000 watts and draws 16.7 amps. Additionally, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and quality.
