This insulated cabinet has a clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module. It includes a thermostat adjustable up to 200 °F and universal wire slides spaced on 3-inch centers, which can be adjusted in 1-1/2 inch increments. The cabinet accommodates either (18) 18 in x 26 in or (34) 12 in x 20 in x 2-1/2 in pans. It is equipped with 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes, and is constructed from aluminum. The unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with a power rating of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards.
