The C5 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height unit featuring a clear polycarbonate door and a non-insulated design. It comes equipped with a removable bottom-mounted control module and a thermostat that can reach up to 190 °F. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides spaced 3 inches apart, accommodating either (18) 18 in x 26 in pans or (34) 12 in x 20 in x 2 1/2 in pans. It is supported by 5-inch casters, with two designed to have brakes for stability. Crafted from aluminum, this model operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16 amps. It is certified cULus and meets NSF standards.
