The C5 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet offers a mobile, full-height design featuring a clear polycarbonate door. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat adjustable up to 190 °F. The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides set on 3-inch centers, which can be adjusted in 1 ½-inch increments to accommodate either (18) 18 in x 26 in pans or (34) 12 in x 20 in x 2 ½ in pans. It features 5-inch casters, with two equipped with brakes, and is constructed from durable aluminum. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it has a power rating of 2000 watts and 16 amps, and meets cULus and NSF standards.
