The C5 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet features a striking Red Insulation Armour, designed for mobility and half-height functionality. Its insulated construction includes a clear polycarbonate door, while the removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access. The thermostat is adjustable up to 200 °F, and the cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides set on 3-inch centers, which can be adjusted in 1.5-inch increments. It accommodates either (8) 18 x 26-inch pans or (16) 12 x 20-inch pans with a depth of 2.5 inches. The unit is supported by 5-inch casters, two of which are equipped with brakes. Constructed from aluminum, this holding cabinet operates at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-20P plug. It meets cULus and NSF certification standards.
