The C5 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is designed for efficiency and mobility. Featuring a lower wattage with Red Insulation Armour, this half-height, insulated cabinet and door ensure optimal heat retention. It is equipped with a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat capable of reaching temperatures up to 200 °F. The cabinet accommodates lip load slides on 1-1/2 inch centers, holding (17) 18 inch x 26 inch pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5-inch casters, two of which come with brakes. Built from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. The product meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
