This mobile, 3/4 height cabinet features an insulated structure and a clear polycarbonate door for easy viewing of contents. The bottom mount control module is removable for convenient access, while the thermostat allows precise temperature settings up to 200 °F. It includes universal wire slides positioned on 3-inch centers, adjustable in 1.5-inch increments, accommodating (14) 18 x 26-inch or (26) 12 x 20 x 2.5-inch pans. The cabinet is equipped with 5-inch casters, with two featuring brakes for stability. Made from aluminum and operating at 120v/60/1 phase with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it complies with NEMA 5-20P standards and has cULus and NSF certifications.
