The C5 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet features a vibrant Red Insulation Armour and is designed for mobility with a 3/4 height structure. It includes an insulated cabinet and door, a removable bottom mount control module, and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200 °F. The cabinet is equipped with fixed wire slides positioned on 3-inch centers, offering a pan capacity of either 14 pans measuring 18 in x 26 in or 26 pans that are 12 in x 20 in x 2 1/2 in.
