The C5 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet features a lower wattage design with Red Insulation Armour for enhanced energy efficiency. This mobile unit stands at a 3/4 height and includes a clear polycarbonate door for visibility. It comes equipped with a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that reaches up to 200 °F. The cabinet has lip load slides positioned on 1-1/2 inch centers, accommodating up to 27 pans sized 18 inches x 26 inches. Additionally, it features 5-inch casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph with a power consumption of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is NEMA 5-15P compliant and certified by cULus and NSF.
