The C5 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet features vibrant Red Insulation Armour and is designed for mobility with a full-height structure. It includes an insulated clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set up to 200 °F, while the universal wire slides are set on 3 inch centers and are adjustable in 1 1/2 inch increments. It accommodates either (18) 18 in x 26 in or (34) 12 in x 20 in x 2 1/2 in pans. With 5 inch casters (two of which are equipped with brakes), this cabinet is made of durable aluminum and operates at 120v/60/1 ph, providing 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is compliant with NEMA 5-20P, cULus, and NSF standards.
