The C5 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet features a lower wattage design with Red Insulation Armour for enhanced efficiency. This full-height, mobile insulated cabinet and door come with a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that reaches temperatures up to 200 °F. It includes universal wire slides spaced 3 inches apart and adjustable in 1.5-inch increments, accommodating either (18) 18 in x 26 in pans or (34) 12 in x 20 in x 2.5 in pans. Equipped with 5-inch casters, two of which include brakes, this aluminum cabinet operates on a 120v/60/1 phase system, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets UL, CUL, and NSF standards.
