It features top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer for easy temperature monitoring. The ducted heating system allows for temperatures ranging from 70 °F to 200 °F. With a lip load capacity of 27 pans measuring 18 in x 26 in and equipped with 1-1/2 in wire slides, this cabinet is functional and efficient. It sits on 5 in casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Crafted from 304 stainless steel, this model operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps.
