The C5 1 Series Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, half-height unit designed for versatility and efficiency. It features a clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module for easy access. The thermostat can be set up to 120 °F, while the universal wire slides accommodate pans in 3-inch centers and are adjustable in 1.5-inch increments. The cabinet can hold either eight 18 x 26-inch pans or sixteen 12 x 20-inch pans with a depth of 2.5 inches. It is equipped with 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Made of aluminum, this proofing cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is cULus and NSF certified.
