The C5 1 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a versatile and mobile solution designed for ease of use. With a compact 3/4 height structure, it features a clear polycarbonate door for visibility. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module, allowing for precise temperature regulation up to 190 °F. It is equipped with fixed wire slides spaced 3 inches apart, accommodating either 14 pans measuring 18 x 26 inches or 26 pans measuring 12 x 20 x 2 1/2 inches. The unit is built with 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes for stability and mobility. Made from aluminum and operating at 120v/60/1 phase with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it is compliant with NEMA 5-20P, cULus, and NSF standards.
