The C5 1 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet offers a mobile design with a 3/4 height profile and features a non-insulated, clear polycarbonate door. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 190 °F. The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides spaced on 3-inch centers and adjustable in 1.5-inch increments. It accommodates (14) 18-inch x 26-inch or (26) 12-inch x 20-inch x 2.5-inch pans. The unit rolls smoothly on 5-inch casters, two of which are equipped with brakes. Constructed from aluminum, it operates on 120V/60/1 PH, with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. Certified by cULus and NSF, this cabinet also features a NEMA 5-20P plug for easy connectivity.
