METRO C517-PFC-U mobile proofing cabinet, 3/4 height, non-insulated, clear polycarbonate

The C5 1 Series Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height unit featuring a clear polycarbonate door and a non-insulated design. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 120 °F. The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides positioned on 3-inch centers, which are adjustable in 1 1/2-inch increments. It can accommodate either (14) 18 in x 26 in pans or (26) 12 in x 20 in x 2 1/2 in pans. Mobility is facilitated by 5-inch casters, with 2 of them having brakes. Constructed from aluminum, this model operates on 120v/60/1 ph, with a power draw of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is also cULus and NSF certified.
