The C5 1 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height unit featuring a clear polycarbonate door. It has a non-insulated design and a removable bottom mount control module. This cabinet is equipped with a thermostat adjustable up to 190 °F and lip load slides spaced at 1 1/2 inches, accommodating (35) 18 in x 26 in pans.
