The C5 1 Series Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height unit designed for optimal performance. It features a clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module, allowing for easy access and maintenance. The thermostat supports temperatures up to 120 °F, while the fixed wire slides, spaced 3 inches apart, accommodate either (18) 18 in x 26 in pans or (34) 12 in x 20 in x 2 1/2 in pans. Equipped with 5-inch casters—two of which have brakes—this cabinet ensures easy mobility. Constructed from aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1 phase, with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and sanitation.
