The C5 1 Series Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height unit featuring a clear polycarbonate door and a non-insulated design. It comes equipped with a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat capable of reaching up to 120 °F. The cabinet includes universal wire slides spaced 3 inches apart, which can be adjusted in 1.5-inch increments, accommodating either (18) 18 x 26-inch or (34) 12 x 20 x 2.5-inch pans. It has durable 5-inch casters, with two equipped with brakes, and is constructed from aluminum. Operating on 120v/60/1 phase, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, compliant with NEMA 5 15P, cULus, and NSF standards.
