METRO C537-CLFS-U Heated Holding and Proofing Cabinet with Red Insulation

The C5 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet features lower wattage and is designed with Red Insulation Armour for enhanced energy efficiency. This mobile, insulated cabinet stands at 3/4 height and includes an insulated door. It comes equipped with a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat adjustable up to 200 °F. The cabinet has universal wire slides spaced on 3-inch centers, which can be adjusted in 1.5-inch increments, accommodating either (14) 18 in x 26 in or (26) 12 in x 20 in x 2.5 in pan capacities. Enhanced mobility is provided by 5-inch casters, two of which are fitted with brakes. Constructed from aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 phase with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. It meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and efficiency.
