METRO C539-MDC-U Moisture Heated Holding and Proofing Cabinet Features

The C5 3 Series Moisture Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet features a striking Red Insulation Armour and is designed for mobility with its full-height, insulated structure. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors and a removable bottom mount control module. The cabinet offers a thermostat that reaches up to 200 °F and includes moisture control. It comes with universal wire slides set on 3-inch centers, adjustable in 1.5-inch increments, accommodating a pan capacity of either (18) 18 in x 26 in or (34) 12 in x 20 in x 2.5 in. The cabinet is supported by 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes, and is made from aluminum. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it has a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, meeting NEMA 5-20P, cULus, and NSF standards.
