The C5 3 Series Moisture Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet features a sleek Grey Insulation Armour design and is fully mobile with a full-height structure. It includes insulated Dutch aluminum doors and a removable bottom mount control module, ensuring efficient operation with a thermostat capable of reaching 200 °F and advanced moisture control. The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides spaced 3 inches apart, adjustable in 1 1/2 inch increments, accommodating either (18) 18 in x 26 in pans or (34) 12 in x 20 in x 2 1/2 in pans. It's supported by 5-inch casters, with two featuring brakes for stability. This aluminum cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, and complies with NEMA 5 20P, cULus, and NSF standards.
