This floor model planetary mixer offers a 30 quart capacity and features three speed settings for versatile mixing. Equipped with a gear-driven motor, it includes a timer and an emergency stop function for added safety. The manual bowl lift allows for easy operation. This mixer comes with a stainless steel bowl, a safety guard with an integrated feed chute, and three essential attachments: a dough hook, a whip, and a flat beater. Additionally, it has a #12 driven hub for further compatibility. Built on a sturdy cast iron frame with a white powder-coated finish, it operates at 1 HP and is designed for 120v/60/1-ph power, drawing 1.92 kW and 16.0 amps. It also meets NEMA 5-20P requirements and is certified by NSF and cETLus.
