The S-Series Restaurant Range is a gas-powered, 60-inch unit featuring ten 28,000 BTU open burners and two standard ovens. It is equipped with a snap action thermostat, removable cast iron grates, a convenient crumb drawer, and a shelf. The range includes a hinged lower valve panel and provides one rack per oven. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, it also has a shelf, a 4-inch front rail, and 6-inch adjustable legs. With a total output of 350,000 BTU, this range meets CSA and NSF standards.
